两种镇痛方式对胸腔镜肺叶切除术后镇痛效果的探讨

摘要

目的:探讨两种镇痛方式对胸腔镜肺叶切除术后镇痛效果.方法:122例胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者随机分为A组(对照组)和B组(地佐辛),A组给予舒芬太尼+曲马多,B组给予舒芬太尼+曲马多+地佐辛,比较两组术后2h、8h、24h、48h静息和活动VAS疼痛评分及不良反应.结果:B组术后2h、8h、24h、48h静息和活动VAS疼痛评分显著低于A组,P＜0.05;A组不良反应总体发生率略高于治疗组,P ＞0.05.结论:地佐辛-舒芬太尼-曲马多静脉自控镇痛相比单纯舒芬太尼-曲马多能够更加有效地治疗胸腔镜手术患者术后疼痛,无明显不良反应.%Objective:To investigate the effects of two analgesia methods on analgesia after thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods:122 cases of thoracoscopic lobectomy were randomly divided into group A (control group) and B group (dezocine),A group was given sufentanil + tramadol,group B was given sufentanil + tramadol + dezocine,comparison of two groups of2h,8h,24h,48h and VAS activities of resting pain scores and adverse reactions.Results:The scores of 2h,8h,24h,48h,rest and active VAS pain in group B were significantly lower than those in group A,P ＜ 0.05;the overall incidence of adverse reactions in group A was slightly higher than that in treatment group,P ＞ 0.05.Conclusion:Dezocine and sufentanil combined with tramadol intravenous analgesia compared with sufentanil and tramadol can effectively treat patients with pain after thoracoscopic surgery,without obvious adverse reactions.
