地佐辛超前镇痛用于眼科局部麻醉手术的安定镇痛效果

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of dezocine for preoperative analgesia in ophthalmology local anesthesia operation stability.Methods:100 cases of patients during ophthalmic surgery were randomly divided into control group (group C,n =46) and study group (group D,n =54),C group received fentanyl,D group were given dezocine combined with flurbiprofen,midazolam,observation of patients with intraoperative and postoperative blood pressure,heart rate and other vital signs and head halo and other adverse reactions,and the effects of sedation and analgesia were evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS),body comfort score (BCS) and Ramsay sedation score system.Results:There was no significant difference in SBP,DBP and HR in the C group and the D group (P ＞0.05).The Ramsay score and the number of cases of dizziness in D group were significantly lower than those in group C (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Dezocine preemptive analgesia is safe and effective,suitable for daytime ophthalmic surgery under local anesthesia.%目的:探讨地佐辛术前用于眼科局部麻醉手术的安定镇痛效果.方法:100例日间眼科手术患者随机分为对照组(C组,n=46)和研究组(D组,n =54),C组给予芬太尼,D组给予地佐辛,联合使用氟比洛芬酯、咪达唑仑,观察患者术中术后血压、心率等生命体征及头晕等不良反应,镇静镇痛效果采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、身体舒适度评分(BCS)和Ramsay镇静评分系统评估.结果:C组和D组各时间点SBP、DBP和HR差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),D组Ramsay评分、头晕发生的例数均显著低于C组(P＜0.05).结论:地佐辛超前镇痛是安全有效的,适合眼科日间局麻手术.
