湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤创面患者临床疗效及促进创面愈合、减轻疼痛的作用分析

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy in patients with burn wounds MEBO and MEBO dressing in-vestigate treatment methods.Methods:The random number table in our hospital 96 cases of burn wound patients grouped as the control group and the observation group,48 cases each.The implementation of the control group conventional debridement and application of silver sulfadiazine cream was applied topically to the wound;Observation group treated with MEBO.Using visual analog (VAS)evaluated two groups of patients before and after treatment of pain conditions;The clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistics,the growth of granulation time and healing time.Results:Clinical observation group total effec-tive rate was significantly higher,P <0.05;Observed group the growth of granulation time and wound healing time was signifi-cantly shorter than the control group,P <0.05.Conclusion:Application of MEBO in treating burn wounds in patients can ef-fectively promote the growth of granulation,shortening wound healing,reduce pain,thereby improving clinical results.%目的：探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤创面患者的临床效果，并探讨湿润烧伤膏换药处理方法。方法：按照随机数字表法将笔者所在医院96例烧伤创面患者分组为对照组与观察组，各48例。对照组实施常规清创处理，并应用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏外涂于创面；观察组外涂湿润烧伤膏。采用视觉模拟法（VAS）评价两组患者治疗前、后疼痛情况；统计两组患者临床疗效、肉芽生长时间及创面愈合时间。结果：观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，P ＜0.05。结论：应用湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤创面患者可有效促进肉芽生长，缩短创面愈合，减轻患者疼痛，从而提高临床效果。
