Objective:For abdominal tumors, in order to get a better real-time and accurate radiotherapy, a clear three-dimen-sional images of the tumor is needed. Recently three-dimensional B ultrasound has been constantly introduced in clinical diag-nosis and image-guided applications. Although there is expert three-dimensional B-probe, for the high price, we still need to re-built two-dimensional B-ultrasound image to get three-dimensional image. The radiotherapy can be digital controlled and cor-rected in real time dynamically and achieve a better treatment effect using this way. Methods: A position sensor is added in B-ultrasound probe, determine the spatial relationship between the probe and B-ultrasound image accurately, then register the two-dimensional image. Results: A registration test method is found in this paper and freehand three-dimensional B-ultrasound image can be achieved on the infrared radiation tracking system. Conclusions: The test method described in this paper can be used to get real-time accurate freehand three-dimensional B-ultrasound image based on the infrared radiation tracking system. It can save cost and achieved a satisfactory application result.%目的:对于腹部肿瘤,为了更好地进行实时、精确的放疗,需要获得清晰的三维肿瘤图像.三维B超近来在临床诊断及图像引导的应用中,不断地被介绍.虽然有专门的三维B超探头,因为价格原因,我们仍然需要从二维B超中进行重建,得到三维B超图像.帮助放疗专家,在对病人实施放疗时,动态对病人的肿瘤放疗进行实时的、数字化监控和修正,达到精确放疗的效果.方法:直接利用国产B超,在探头上增加位置传感器,精确地测定了B超图像和探头之间的空间关系,对二维图像进行配准.结果:本文设计一种配准测试方法,在红外放疗跟踪系统上直接实现自由式三维B超.结论:采用本文描述的测试方法能够基于红外放疗跟踪系统得到实时精确的自由式三维B超图像,节约成本,取得了满意的应用结果.
