2011年香港海商法判例综述

摘要

The maritime cases of Hong Kong in 2011 include judgments from the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal in the High Court of the HKSAR. The cases mainly involve issues of liability limit in carriage of goods by sea, the applicable law under sea waybills, property of ship under construction, choice of jurisdiction and liability of collision. These cases concern both substantial law and procedure law relating to multiple national laws and choice of eligible court in different jurisdictions.
