医学科技查新团队建设构想--以广西中医药大学图书馆科技查新站为例

摘要

从科技查新工作的性质及其重要性出发，剖析广西中医药大学图书馆科技查新人员构成现状和工作状态，指出组建科技查新团队的必要性。并结合实际情况提出4种实施方案，即放宽医学信息学科专业限制、采取轮岗学习择优选拔形式、建立合理规范的工作制度和激励机制、分工合作与明确责任，以及具体实施途径，从而推动我校中医药科技查新工作良性发展。%This article began with the nature and the importance of sci-tech novelty retrieval work, analyzed the present situation of staff composition and working condition of sci-tech novelty retrieval in Library of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine, and pointed out the necessity of building sci-tech novelty retrieval team. It also proposed 4 implementation plans combined with specific implementation approaches according to the physical truth: extend the limitation on medical information subject majors; adopt the form of rotating learning for the best selection; establish reasonable and standard working systems and incentive systems; share out the work and cooperate with one another and set clear lines of responsibility. These ideas would greatly promote the benign development of sci-tech novelty retrieval work of traditional Chinese medicine in our university.
