中医多专业一体化平台在急性中风风痰瘀阻证中的应用

摘要

目的：探索中医多专业综合一体化治疗模式治疗急性缺血性中风风痰瘀阻证的优势。方法60例急性缺血性中风风痰瘀阻证患者随机分为“中医多专业综合一体化治疗”模式组和“卒中单元”对照组。结果两组治疗第7天和第14天时的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)及独立生活能力量表(BI)评分比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组患者总体的肢体功能恢复情况在疗程第7天和第14天时均较对照组为好；在生活能力方面，治疗组亦较对照组为好。结论中医多专业综合一体化平台应用于急性中风风痰瘀阻证患者优势明显，患者可获得更好的功能恢复及生活能力的提高。%Objective To explore the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine multiple majors integrated treatment in acute stroke with wind phlegm collateral obstruction syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with acute stroke of wind phlegm collateral ob-struction syndrome were randomized divided into the integrated treatment group and the control group (stroke unit treatment).Results Compared with control group,NIHSS and BI score in treatment group were differences at seventh day and 14th day (P<0.05).At the same time,the overall limb function recovery in treatment group was better than that in control group.The ability of life in the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine multiple majors integrated platform had a clear advantage in acute stroke of wind phlegm collateral obstruction syndrome,and patient functional recovery and life skill could significantly improved.
