Objective To explore a new method and technology in recon-struction of the large skull defect.Methods CT 3D reconstruction and rapid auto-molding technology were used in this study,4 cases with large skull defect were re-paired with individual titanium implants prepared with titanium alloy of medical appli- cation since 2004,the maximal skull defect in the cases was 15 cm ×13 cm,while the minimal defect was 10 cm X 8 cm.ReSults All Cases with skull defect were recovered successfully after the operation mentioned above .During half to 1 year's follow-up after-operation,all cases showed firm fixation of titanium alloy implants,no graft re-iection,no self-aware of foreign body sensation,and the operation sites conformed well to physiological curvature,with a perfect symmetry,and thus obviously improved head malformation .Conclusions With advantages of simple operation,decreased compli-cations,precise restoration,favorable biomechanics and so on,individual restoration of skull defect marks cranial bone implant plastic technology has entered digital design era from handwork era and thus has an extensive applicable prospect.%目的 探索个性化钛植入体修复大面积颅骨缺损的临床疗效.方法 利用三维重建和快速自动成型技术,将医用钛合金预制成个性化钛板植入体,对4例大面积颅骨缺损进行修复.结果 4例颅骨缺损修复,最大的钛植入体为15 cm×13 cm,最小的为10 cm×8 cm,修复后切口愈合良好,术后随访半年至2年,钛合金固定牢靠无排异反应发生,无自觉异物感,符合颅骨缺损部位的生理曲度,对称性好,头部畸形明显改善.结论 颅骨缺损的个性化修复标志着颅骨植入体塑形技术已从手工时代进入了数字化设计,具有操作简单、并发症少以及修复精确、良好的生物力学等优点,具有广泛的应用前景.
