输精管穿刺联合精囊镜检查和单纯输精管穿刺治疗苗勒管囊肿性射精管梗阻的疗效比较

摘要

Objectives:To study efficacy of vas deferens puncture combined with seminal vesicle examination in the treatment of the patients with ejaculatory duct obstruction caused by mullerian duct cyst.Methods:50 patients with ejaculatory duct obstruction caused by mullerian duct cyst were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group received vas deferens puncture combined with seminal vesicle examination (n =25);Control group received vas deferens puncture treatment (n =25).After the treatment,5 days before the examination,semen was collect in dry and clean bottle.The fructose and neutral alpha glucosaccharase of semen were tested.Results:The subjects received the operation successfully.After the operation,the amount of sperm two groups both increased,and the amount of sperm in treatment group was more than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).In the two groups,the fructose and neutral alpha glucosaccharase were increased,and these of treatment group were more than these of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of vas deferens puncture combined with seminal vesicle examination has better effect on patients with ejaculatory duct obstruction caused by mullerian duct cyst.%目的:比较输精管穿刺联合精囊镜检查和单纯输精管穿刺治疗苗勒管囊肿性射精管梗阻的疗效.方法:筛选50例苗勒管囊肿性射精管梗阻患者,将患者随机分为两组,试验组25例受试者输精管穿刺联合精囊镜检查,对照组患者25例受试者单纯输精管穿刺治疗.完成治疗后,检查前5d内不进行排精,收集精液,精液取到后应盛放在干燥、清洁的瓶内,送检计量并检验精浆果糖和中性α葡糖苷酶.结果:受试者均顺利完成手术,两组受试者术后精液量增多,而且试验组的精液量较对照组多(P＜0.05).两组受试者精浆果糖和中性α葡糖苷酶增多,而且试验组精浆果糖和中性α葡糖苷酶较对照组多(P＜0.05).结论:输精管穿刺联合精囊镜检查治疗苗勒管囊肿性射精管梗阻的疗效比和单纯输精管穿刺的治疗效果为佳.
