大学生社会支持、心理韧性、网络欺负及生活满意度的关系研究

         

摘要

目的:了解大学生心理韧性的现状,并探讨大学生社会支持、心理韧性、网络欺负及生活满意度的关系,为促进大学生心理健康发展提供参考。方法采用社会支持量表、青少年心理韧性量表、网络欺负问卷和青少年生活满意度量表对广西南宁市802名大学生进行调查。结果大学生心理韧性整体水平较高(3.59±0.43),其中,男生得分为(3.59±0.45)分,女生得分为(3.58±0.41)分;不同性别的大学生在心理韧性的情绪控制和人际协助维度上差异有统计学意义(P <0.001),其中,男生的情绪控制得分(3.40±0.69)显著高于女生(3.14±0.73);女生的人际协助得分(3.52±0.54)显著高于男生(3.38±0.51)。不同年级的大学生在心理韧性各维度上差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);心理韧性与社会支持呈正相关(r =0.361,P <0.001),心理韧性与网络欺负呈负相关(r =-0.184,P <0.001),心理韧性与生活满意度呈正相关(r =0.435,P <0.001);心理韧性在社会支持和网络欺负之间起中介作用,心理韧性在社会支持和生活满意度之间起中介作用。结论大学生社会支持可能通过心理韧性间接的影响网络欺负或生活满意度。%Objective To investigate the present status of resilience and the relationship between social support, resilience,cyber-bullying and life satisfaction among college students in order to provide reference for improving students’ mental health.Methods Social Support Rating Scale,Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents,Cyber-bulling Question-naire in College Students and Adolescent Students’Life Satisfaction Scale were conducted among 802 college students from Nanning,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Results The resilience of college students was relatively higher (3.59 ± 0.43),in which boys’score was (3.59 ±0.45)and girls’score was (3.58 ±0.41).There had statistically significant gender differences in emotional control and interpersonal assist dimensions (P <0.001).The score of emotional control di-mension in boys (3.40 ±0.69)was much higher than that of girls (3.14 ±0.73)and the score of interpersonal assist di-mension in girls (3.52 ±0.54)was much higher than that of boys (3.38 ±0.51).There had not statistically significant grade differences in resilience (P >0.05 ).Resilience was positively correlated with social support (r =0.361,P <0.001).Resilience was negatively correlated with cyber-bullying (r =-0.184,P <0.001 ).Resilience was positively correlated with life satisfaction (r =0.435,P <0.001).Resilience played a mediating role between social support and cy-ber-bullying.Resilience played a mediating role between social support and life satisfaction.Conclusion Social support may indirectly affected college students’cyber-bullying or life satisfaction through resilience.
