环境因素在炎症性肠病中的作用

摘要

Inflammatory bowel disease( IBD)includes ulcerative colitis( UC)and Crohn’s disease( CD),its incidence is increasing yearly in our country. With the progress of molecular biology,genetics,the understanding of IBD is deepen,however,the exact pathogenesis of IBD is still not fully clear,and it may be related to gene,environment, immunity,microorganism. Studies have shown that smoking,vitamin D,sex hormones,emotions,diet may be related with the occurrence of IBD. This article reviewed the role of environmental factors in IBD.%炎症性肠病（IBD）包括溃疡性结肠炎（UC）和克罗恩病（CD），其发病率在我国呈逐年上升趋势。随着分子生物学、遗传学等的发展，对 IBD 的了解有所深入，但其确切致病因素仍未完全清楚，可能与基因、环境、免疫、微生物等因素有关。研究发现吸烟、维生素 D、性激素、情绪、饮食与 IBD 的发生有一定联系。本文就环境因素在IBD 中的作用作一综述。
