老年肝炎特点的研究进展

摘要

The incidence of senile hepatitis is on the rise,male is more than female.There are a lot of features of senile hepatitis:slow onset,severe illness,rapid progress,complex clinical manifestations,more complications,difficulty in treatment,high mortality.Elderly viral hepatitis,drug-induced liver injury,fatty liver,alcohol-based liver are the main types.Mastering the characteristics of senile hepatitis,active prevention,regular treatment are the most important.This article reviewed the characteristics of senile hepatitis,clinical features,the characteristics of various types of hepatitis,by refering to the relevant literature published at home and abroad.%老年肝炎发病率呈上升趋势,男性多于女性.老年肝炎有起病缓、病情重、进展快、临床表现复杂、并发症多、治疗难度大、病死率高等特点.以老年病毒性肝炎、药物性肝损伤、脂肪性肝病、酒精性肝病等为主.掌握老年肝炎的特点,积极地预防,正规地治疗是重中之重.参阅近年来国内外发表的相关文献,就老年肝炎的发病特点、临床特点、各型肝炎的特点作一概述.
