泪道逆行置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床分析

摘要

目的：分析泪道逆行置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月至2014年10月本院眼科门诊收治的64例（72眼）慢性泪囊炎患者为研究对象，均行泪道逆行置管术治疗，观察并记录患者平均手术时间、治疗效果及预后情况。结果64例患者均顺利完成泪道逆行置管手术，平均手术时间为（26.34±4.12）分钟，患者术中未出现严重并发症；跟踪随访6个月，患者均预后良好，治疗总有效率达97.22%。结论泪道逆行置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎，临床效果确切，且手术操作相对便捷，可显著提高患者预后水平，值得临床推广应用。%ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical curative effect of lacrimal passage retrograde intubation procedure in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Method64 patients (72 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis from April 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were given lacrimal passage retrograde intubation procedure, average time of operation, curative effect and prognosis were observed and recorded.Result64 patients were successfully completed operation, the average time of operation was (26.34±4.12) min, there were no intraoperative serious complications; after 6 months follow-up, all patients had good prognosis, the total effective rate was 97.22%.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of lacrimal passage retrograde intubation procedure in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis is satisifed, and operation is relatively convenient, it can signiifcantly improve the prognosis, worthy to be popularized.
