隐血试验监测三种不同方法对牙科高速涡轮手机清洗消毒效果分析

摘要

目的通过隐血试验监测三种不同方法对牙科高速涡轮手机（牙科手机）的清洗消毒效果。方法将本院口腔科2014年10～12月某品牌使用300例次的牙科手机300支随机分为三组，每组各100支。人工清洗组：常规人工清洗后自然晾干、注油、封包、灭菌；人工＋超声波清洗组：人工初洗、超声波加酶主洗、晾干、注油、封包、灭菌；人工＋机械清洗组：人工清洗后置于全自动手机热力清洗消毒机内清洗、烘干、注油、封包、灭菌。结果三组牙科手机各清洗100次后，人工清洗组隐血试验合格率为68%，人工＋超声波清洗组为85%，人工＋机械清洗组为98%，三组比较差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论全自动手机热力清洗消毒机对牙科手机的清洗消毒效果优于常规人工清洗消毒和人工＋超声波清洗消毒，值得进一步推广应用。%Objective To investigate occult blood test monitoring cleaning and disinfecting effects of dental handpiece by three different methods. Method Selected 300 high-speed turbine dental handpieces which were used 300 times from October 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital, then divided into three groups, 100 dental handpieces in each group. Manual cleaning group:conventional manual cleaned, dried naturally, oiled, packeted and sterilization. Manual cleaning+ultrasonic cleaning group:conventional manual cleaned, ultrasonic supplemented with enzyme cleaning, dried, oiled, packeted and sterilization. Manual cleaning +mechanical cleaning group: conventional manual cleaned, then cleaned by automatic handpiece thermal cleaning and disinfecting machine, dried, oiled, packeted and sterilization. Result Dental handpieces in three groups were cleaned 100 times, occult blood test qualiifed rate of manual cleaning group was 68%, manual cleaning+ultrasonic cleaning group was 85%, manual cleaning+mechanical cleaning group was 98%, the difference between the three groups was signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cleaning and disinfecting effects of automatic handpiece thermal cleaning and disinfecting machine is superior to manual cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning, it is worth further promotion and application.
