中华鳖养殖池塘浮游植物数量与环境因子的关系

摘要

2012年7月和10月对白云湖中华鳖Trionyx sinensis养殖池塘浮游植物数量及环境因子进行监测，并运用相关分析和主成分分析对浮游植物数量和环境因子的关系进行研究。相关分析结果表明：浮游植物数量与亚硝态氮含量呈正相关关系，与水温、硝态氮、总氮含量呈负相关关系。主成分分析表明：营养盐含量、藻类现存量、有机物和溶解氧含量是影响中华鳖养殖池塘浮游植物数量的四大主要因素。%The phytoplankton quantity and environmental factors were investigated in Chinese softshell turtle Trionyx sinensis culture pounds at Baiyun Lake in Zhangqiu, Shandong province in July and October of 2012 by correlation analysis and principal component analysis. The correlation analysis revealed that the phytoplankton quantity was shown to be positively correlated with NO 2-N level, and negatively correlated with water temperature, and NO3-N and total nitrogen(TN) levels. The principal component analysis showed that the nutrient content, alga biomass, organic matters and dissolved oxygen level were the major factors affecting the phytoplankton quan-tity in Chinese softshell turtle culture pounds.
