Hexakis(2,4,6-tribromophenoxy) cyclotriphosphazene(BPCPZ) was prepared via the reaction of hexa-chlorocyclotriphosphzene and 2,4, 6-tribromophenol. The structure of BPCPZ was characterized by FT-IR, MS,1HNMR,31PNMR,13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The factors affecting the yield of BPCPZ, such as reagent,molar ratio of 2,4,6-tribromophenol/hexacholrocyclotriphosphazene, reaction temperature(T) and reaction time(t) were investigated. The optimized process conditions were:n(2,4,6-tribromophenol)/(hexacholro-cyclotriphosphazene) = 6. 56, T=65℃ ,t=24h,and tetrahydrofuran as solvent. The yield of BPCPZ was 98%. The compound has perfect heat-resistance and flame retardant resistance and can be used as organic filler in insulation layer for the solid rocket motor.%以六氯环三磷腈与2,4,6-三溴苯酚反应,制得有机磷腈化合物六(2,4,6-溴苯氧基)环三磷腈(BPCPZ).用红外、核磁、质谱及元素分析对产物结构进行了表征.研究了溶剂、原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对产物收率的影响.结果表明,合成的最佳条件是:四氢呋喃为溶剂,反应物料配比为n(三溴苯酚) ∶n(六氯环三磷腈)=6.56∶1,反应温度为65~68℃,反应时间24 h,产品收率为98%.热性能和烧蚀性能研究表明,该化合物具有很好的耐热性与阻燃性,可以作为固体火箭推进剂绝热包覆层的有机填料.
