静电喷雾法制备超细CL-20基复合含能微球及其性能研究

         

摘要

为了使六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)球形化并且降低其反应活化能,采用静电喷雾法成功制备了超细NC/CL-20复合含能微球.通过控制静电喷雾实验条件及前驱体溶液参量,得到了球形度完整、粒径在1~3μm且粒度分布较窄的复合物微球颗粒,并且探究了C L-20含量对微球粒度的影响;对该复合微球进行了红外光谱分析、X射线衍射分析、热分解反应动力学研究.结果表明,复合微球中CL-20与NC之间仅为物理复合;原料CL-20为ε晶型,而静电喷雾制备的复合微球中CL-20均为β晶型;几种复合微球的放热峰温均低于原料CL-20;NC/CL-20复合微球的分解反应活化能比原料CL-20降低了28.47 kJ/mol.%To make the CL-20 spherical and reduce its reaction activation energy ,the ultrafine NC /CL-20 composite energetic microspheres were successfully fabricated by an electrostatic spray method .By controlling the conditions of electrostatic spray experiment and precursor solution parameters ,1 - 3 μm narrow size distributed composite micro-sphere particles with complete spherical degree were obtained .The effect of CL-20 content on the particle size of mi-crospheres was studied .The study on infrared spectrum analysis ,X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and thermal de-composition reaction kinetics for composite microspheres was performed .The results show that CL-20 and NC in the composite microspheres are only physical composites .Raw material CL-20 is ε crystal form ,but CL-20 in the composite microspheres prepared by electrostatic spray is β crystal form .Exothermic peak temperatures of several composite microspheres are lower than that of the raw material CL-20 .Compared with raw material CL-20 ,the acti-vation energy for the decomposition reaction of NC /CL-20 composite microspheres decreases by 28 .47 kJ/mol .
