高速稳定可靠的数据传输在高速数据采集系统中扮演着重要的角色。针对弹载电子测试仪对高速数据传输的要求,设计了一个基于USB3.0的高速数据采集传输系统。该系统数据传输部分采用Cypress公司CYUSB3014芯片作为接口芯片,详细介绍了接口连接及硬件工作过程;介绍了USB3.0接口的软件设计主要模块,如DMA通道、GPIFⅡ可编程接口等固件编程。实际测试表明:该系统实现了数据高速可靠传输,固件程序能够正常稳定的运行。%Stable and reliable high-speed data transmission plays an important role in high-speed data acquisition system. Because missile-borne electronic tester has high demand for speed of data transmission,a high-speed data collection and transmission system is designed. Data transmission part in this system adopts CYUSB3014 chip pro-duced by Cypress company as the interface chip. Interface connection and working process of the hardware is intro-duced. Main module of the interface software design,such as the DMA channel,GPIF II programmable interface firmware programming are introduced. Test shows that this system has realized reliable high-speed data transmission,and the firmware program operates normally and stably.
