阴茎海绵体自行注射前列腺素E1治疗30例糖尿病性阳萎疗效分析

摘要

目的观察阴茎海绵体自行注射前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病性阳萎的疗效。方法对30例合并有勃起功能障碍的糖尿病病人，在医生指导下施行自行阴茎海绵体内注射前列腺素E1。结果病人勃起所需适宜剂量为：15μg2例，20μg22例，25μg 1例，30μg2例，40μg 1例，2例注射40μg无有效勃起。勃起持续时间为24～106分钟(50.7士19.5分钟)。不良反应有局部轻度疼痛和不适6例，局部少量出血3例，未发生阴茎长时间持续勃起。结论阴茎海绵体内自行前列腺素E1注射是一项有效的治疗糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的可供选择的治疗方法。%Objective To evaluate the effect and ability of intracavernosal self-injection of prostaglandin E1 on erectile dysfunction of diabetic patients. Methods 30 cases of erectile dysfunction with diabetic patients were studied.Results The doses of prostaglandin electing effective erection were 15μg in 2 cases,20μg in 22 cases,25μg in 1 case,30μg in 2 cases, 40μg in 1 case. 2 cases were effectless for 40μg of prostaglandin E1. Time of erection were 24～106 min (50. 7 ± 19. 5min). Side-effects from self-injection of prostaglandin E1: local mild pain on injection were in 6 cases, small local bleed in 3 cases, no case causing priajpism, comfortless of erection in 6 cases. Conclusion Intracavernosal selfinjection of prostaglandin E1 is a effective therapeutic method.
