人体测量学指标与心血管代谢危险因素的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the relationship between five anthropometric indicators and cardiovascular risk factors in Qingdao city.Methods Data came from the Qingdao diabetes survey, a population-based cross-sectional study, and 14,395 residents were enrolled.We analyzed the correlation of body mass index(BMI), waist to stature ratio (WSR), waist circumference (WC), waist to hip ratio (WHR), hip circumference (HC) with blood glucose, blood pressure, and blood lipids.ROC curve was analyzed in diabetes,hypertension and dyslipidemia.Results Anthropometric indicators were related with hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidermia in men and women.As compared with other anthropometric indicators, WSR was found to have the largest areas under the ROC curve.The areas under the ROC curve of hypertension, dyslipideamia and diabetes were 0.73 in men and 0.74 in women for diabetes, 0.70 in men and 0.74 in women for hypertension, 0.62 in men and 0.74 in women for dyslipidemia.Conclusion Anthrotonetric indicators are related with metabolic risk factors in Qingdao region, and may be used to evaluate the risks of CVD.WSR may be the best index of five anthropomtric indicators in Qingdao area.%目的 探讨青岛地区人群体质指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、腰身比(WSR)、腰臀比(WHR)、臀围(HC)等人体测量学指标与糖尿病、高血压、脂代谢异常等代谢危险因素的相关性.方法 利用青岛糖尿病流行病学调查数据库分析BMI、WC、WSR、WHR和HC与血糖、血压、血脂的相关关系;比较受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线对心血管危险因素的敏感性和特异性.结果:人体测量学指标与血压、血糖、血脂密切相关;WSR的ROC曲线下面积最大,男性高血压、高血脂、糖尿病的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.73、0.70、0.62,女性分别为0.74、0.74、0.74.结论 青岛地区人群人体测量学指标与代谢危险因素关系紧密,可作为评估的简易指标;WSR可能是本地区人群评价代谢危险的最佳人体测量学指标.
