白藜芦醇对非酒精性脂肪肝小鼠肝脏过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体 γ 表达影响的研究

         

摘要

目的 观察白藜芦醇对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)小鼠肝细胞PPARγ表达的影响.方法 小鼠分为正常对照(NC)组、高脂喂养(HF)组和白藜芦醇干预(HF+ Res)组.检测肝脏脂肪变性程度及PPARγ、脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP)mRNA的表达.结果 HF+Res组肝细胞脂肪变较HF组减轻,同时PPARγ、FABP表达下降(P<0.01).结论 白藜芦醇改善NAFL的机制可能与下调肝脏PPARγ、FABP基因表达有关.%Objective To investigate the effect of resveratrol on gene expression of peroxisome pro-lifemtor-activated receptors y (PPARy) in mice with high fat diet-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFL). Methods Thirty male C57BL/6J mice were assigned randomly to three groups with 10 in each: normal control (NC) group, high fat diet (HF) group and resveratrol treatment (HF+Res) group. NC group was fed with normal diet HF group and HF+Res group were fed with high fat diet, while after 8 weeks, the HF+Res group was fed with resveratrol. Hepatic steatosis and expressions of PPARy and FABP mRNA were observed. Results In the HF+Res group, the hepatic steatosis was alleviated and the expressions of PPARy and FABP mRNA were decreased as compared with the HF group (P<0. 01). Conclusion The improvement of NAFL by resveratrol could be partly related to down regulating expressions of PPARy and FABP in the liver.
