Objective To analyze the tendency of insulin application in our hospital in the recent 3 years to promote clinical compliance and provide reference for clinical rational utilization of insulin. Methods Data of 2008 to 2010 from network management system of departments of pharmacy, statistics and clinical laboratory were analyzed retrospectively. The defined daily dose (DDD) of insulin was determined according to the WHO recommendation together with our clinical experiences, and analyses on the defined daily doses (DDDs), amount of money spent on this drug, defined daily dose consumption (DDDc), HbAi c, etc. Were carried out for observation. Results In the recent 3 years in our hospital, the DDDs, consumption sum of insulin, and insulin proportion of total hypoglycemic drugs were increased year by year, while the HbA1c level of patients was decreased year by year. Fast-acting, premixed, and intermediate-acting insulin occupied the first 3 in predominant portion. Average DDDc of these leading three categories was less than ￥8. 50. Fast & long-acting insulin analogues were used widely year-by-year. Conclusion Safe, effective, economic, and reasonable insulin application was carried out in our hospital from 2008 to 2010.%目的 分析近3年胰岛素在我院的应用及动态,为提高临床治疗依从性、合理性提供参考.方法 依据WHO推荐标准并结合临床用药经验,确定胰岛素的限定日剂量(DDD),针对用药频度(DDDs)、金额、日均费用(DDDc)并结合HbA1c等指标进行分析.结果 3年来我院胰岛素DDDs、销售金额逐年递增,胰岛素占降糖西药比例逐年加大,而HbA1c水平逐年递降.短效、预混、中效胰岛素DDDs居前3位,日均费用低于8.5元.超短效、长效胰岛素类似物逐年递增.结论 2008至2010年我院胰岛素的使用渐趋广泛,体现了临床治疗的安全性、有效性、经济性.
