外用中药治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着的治法探讨

摘要

目的 探讨外用中药治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着的治疗方法.方法 40例受试者随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组10例,分别外用以芳香通络(A)、以白养白(B)、清热解毒(C)、活血行气(D)为治法的中药复方,1次/d,连续28 d,第14天及第28天复诊,评价红斑及和色素沉着的改善程度.结果 在红斑消退程度方面,4组均有改善,A、C、D3组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义;4组间比较,A组、D组疗效较好;A、B、C、D组总有效率分别为80％、10％、50％、70％,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005).在色素改善程度方面,4组均有改善,治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义;4组间比较,A组、D组疗效较好;A、B、C、D组总有效率分别为100％、30％、60％、90％,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001).结论 治疗痤疮后的红斑及色素沉着,应以芳香通络、活血行气为法,兼顾清热解毒.%Objective To discuss on therapeutic methods of externally using herb to treat erythema and hyperpigmentation after acne.Methods 40 patients were divided randomly into four groups-group A,group B,group C and group D.Each group was 10 cases and treated by herb extra-applying based on different therapeutic methods which were using aromatic herb to disperse stagnation (A),using white herb to make skin white (B),clearing heat and detoxifying (C),promoting blood and Qi circulation (D).The treatments were conducted one time a day and 28 days in total The patients must come back on the 14th and 18th day to finish assessment of erythema and hyperpigmentation degree.Results In the aspect of erythema degree,all of the four groups improved; comparing points before and after treatment,the statistical test results of group A,group C and group D showed significant difference respectively; comparing points between four groups,the clinical efficacy of group A and group D were bette; the total effective rate of group A,group B,group C and group D were respectively 80％,10％,50％,and 70％,showing significant difference (P--0.005).In the aspect of melanin degree,all of the four groups improved; comparing points before and after treatment,the statistical test results of four groups showed significant difference respectively; comparing points between four groups,the clinical efficacy of group A and group D were better;,the total effective rate of group A,group B,group C and group D were respectively 100％,30％,60％,and 90％,showing significant difference (P=0.001).Conclusion The effective methods of treating erythema and hyperpigmentation after ache are using aromatic herb to disperse stagnation,promoting blood and Qi circulation,as well as clearing heat and detoxifying.
