Objective To study the influence of resistance training combined with aerobic exercise on sleep quality and dialysis-related fatigue among maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) sufferers.Methods 100 cases with MHD in stable state were divided into control group and observation group by means of random number table with 50 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional nursing care,while the observation group were given resistance train-ing combined with aerobic exercise for 12 weeks with four times a week on the basis of the control group.PSQI and FS-14 were adopted to evaluate the sleep quality and fatigue status of both groups after intervention.Results After in-tervention,the observation group was superior to the control group in the improvement of sleep quality,sleep latency, sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,and daytime dysfunction(allP>0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in terms of FS-14 physical fatigue score,mental fatigue score,and the total score,with differ-ences of statistical significance(allP<0.05).Conclusion Resistance training combined with aerobic exercise can im-prove sleep quality and decrease fatigue degree among maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)sufferers,and thus enhance their quality of life.%目的:探讨抗阻训练联合有氧运动对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者睡眠及疲劳状况的影响。方法将100例病情稳定的维持性血液透析患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行4次/周,共12周的抗阻训练联合有氧运动。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQ I )和疲乏量表(FS-14)评价干预后两组患者的睡眠质量和疲劳状况。结果干预后观察组在睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍的改善均优于对照组(均P>0.05);观察组FS-14躯体疲劳评分、脑力疲劳评分、总分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论有氧运动能有效改善维持性血液透析患者的睡眠质量,降低患者的疲劳程度,提高其生存质量。
