下吊设备对高速列车弹性车体垂向运行平稳性影响

         

摘要

Firstly,a vertical rigid-flexible-coupled dynamical model is established for a high-speed railway vehicle with hanging equipments. Then, the vibration insulation parameters of hanging equipments are designed. Meanwhile, the impacts of vibration insulation device parameter, equipment mass and suspension position on riding stability and equipment vibration are analyzed. Finally, it is found form results that the elastic vibration of train bodies can be effectively reduced through reasonable setting on vibration insulation parameters;static deflection or rigidity of vibration insulation device secures a crucial position in vibration insulation;the optimal static deflection is offset with driving speed; specifically for this study, a static deflection of 6 mm can ensure a high vertical riding stability yet a low hanging equipment vibration; and heavy equipments are better suspended in the middle of train bodies.%建立了包含下吊设备的铁道车辆垂向刚柔耦合动力学模型,设计了下吊设备隔振元件参数,并分析了隔振元件参数、设备质量及吊挂位置对车辆运行平稳性及设备本身振动的影响,结果表明,合理设置下吊设备隔振参数可以有效减小车体弹性振动;隔振元件静挠度即刚度在隔振中起主要作用;随着车辆运行速度的改变,静挠度最优值会相应偏移,针对所研究的高速车辆而言,静挠度选取6 mm时,可以保证车辆垂向运行平稳性良好,且下吊设备振动不剧烈.结果还表明,质量大的设备宜靠近车体中部悬挂.
