降钙素基因相关肽在牙周炎患者牙龈组织中的表达

摘要

目的：比较观察降钙素基因相关肽（ CGRP）在正常及炎性牙龈组织中的表达差异。方法：分别在牙周翻瓣术和阻生牙或多生牙拔除术中，采集慢性牙周炎患者和牙龈健康者的牙龈组织各20例，用免疫组化染色法检测CGRP的表达；用免疫组化图像分析软件分别对牙龈组织上皮层及结缔组织层中的阳性染色区域进行半定量分析，t检验进行组间比较。结果：牙周炎组牙龈组织中的CGRP表达水平，无论是上皮层还是结缔组织层均显著高于健康对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：CGRP参与了牙周炎患者牙龈组织炎症的发生发展。%AIM:To investigate the expression of calcitonin gene-related peptide ( CGRP) in inflammatory gingival tissues .METHODS:Gingival tissues from 20 periodontitis patients and 20 periodontally -healthy subjects (controls) were collected.CGRP expression was detected with two-step immunohistochemical method .Immunohisto-chemical image analysis software was used to semi -quantify the CGRP expression .T test was used to compare the differences .RESULTS:CGRP expression in both epithelial layer and connective tissue layer of inflamed gingival tis -sues was significantly higher than that in periodontally healthy gingival tissues (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:CGRP might play an important role in the initiation and progression of periodontitis ,.
