ICDAS 是一种被国际认可的龋病检测和分级系统，可以检测龋病早期到晚期各个阶段的受损情况，将牙齿的健康状况（龋病）以数字的形式进行等级评分。根据龋损发展的严重程度，ICDAS 将龋病编码为0～6级，共7个等级。该系统不仅可检测个体的口腔健康状况，还可评估群体的口腔健康水平，应用于口腔教学、临床、科研以及公共口腔卫生各个方面。%As an international system of caries detection and classification,ICDAS can detect the damage condition of the teath with caries from the early to late stages to obtain the rating of the health status of the teeth in the form of figure.According to the severity of the caries,ICDAS classifies caries into 7 levels,whose code is from 0 to 6, respectively.This system can not only detect the condition of oral health but also can evaluate the level of oral health for the groups,which can be applied in the teaching,clinic and science research of dentistry as well as public oral health.
