基于Android系统上海外高桥船体分段物流的实现

         

摘要

A dynamic scheduling method of hull blocks logistics operation in shipyards is presented. Through the design of the rules, the logistics department in the shipyards can satisfy the production department's requirements for moving the hull blocks, and through the execution of derivative instructions, the hull blocks will be placed more reasonably. The hull blocks scheduling instructions can be easily inquired via an Android mobile phone, as well as the location, trajectory and the details of the related hull blocks be inquired through the invoking of the map. Thus, the management of hull blocks scheduling on an Android mobile phone is realized. Through the test of time, when the hull blocks average stacking rate reaches 80%, the derived instructions can be reduced to 40% of the total number of instructions.%提出一种基于Android系统客户端的面向船厂的船体分段厂内物流作业的动态调度方法。通过规则的设计,使造船厂物流部门在满足生产部门的船体分段移动需求的同时,通过衍生指令的执行,将分段摆放得更加合理。借助于手机客户端,方便查询分段调度的指令以及快速调用场地地图来查询相关分段的位置、轨迹、明细,实现了在Android手机客户端上进行分段调度管理。通过时间的检验,在分段堆存率达到80%的情况下,衍生指令可以降低到总指令数的40%左右。
