在超临界二氧化碳(scCO2)条件下,制备了可生物降解性的聚(丁二酸-丁二醇/乙二醇)酯(PBES)多孔材料,研究了scCO2的压力、温度对多孔材料的结构形貌和结晶度的影响.结果表明,材料的孔洞分布、结构形态和结晶度与处理样品的压力、温度关系密切;经过scCO2处理后材料的结晶度有所降低.孔径均匀分布,为50~200μm,131℃处理样品的孔隙率为55.63%.%Biodegradable porous aliphatic poly ( butylene succinate-co-ethylene succinate) s ( PBES) was prepared through a direct polycondensation method in supercritical carbon dioxide ( scCO2 ). The effects of reaction pressure, temperatures and duration time of scCO2 on the foaming behaviors of PBES were investigated. The obtained porous PBES were characterized by scanning electron micrograph (SEM) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD). The results showed that the porosity can reach over 55% and the diameter of the pores was in the range 50 ~ 200 μm. The crystallinity of PBES was decreased after scCO2 treatment.
