饲料中亚麻籽替代部分大豆油对异育银鲫鱼苗生长性能、肌肉组成及血清生化指标的影响

         

摘要

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of partical replacement of soybean oil with linseed on growth performance, muscle composition and serum biochemical indices of allogynogenetic silver crucian carp Carassius auratus gibelio. A total of 336 Carassius auratus gibelio with an average body weight of (14. 35 ±0. 02) g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 28 fish per replicate. Fish in the control group (group I ) were fed a basal diet, and those in the groups E , M and ]V were fed the experimental diets which 16. 67% , 33. 33% and 50. 00% soybean oil were replaced with 2. 40% , 4. 80% and 7. 20% linseed, respectively. The experiment lasted for 63 days. The results showed as follows; 1) dietary soybean oil replacement with linseed did not affect significantly growth performance and feed conversion ratio (P >0. 05). 2) There were no significant differences in the contents of moisture, ash and ether extract in muscle of fish among all the groups (P >0. 05) , the content of crude protein in muscle of fish in groups M and IV was significantly lower than that in the serum control group (P <0.05). 3) There were no significant differences in the serum contents of cortisol, total protein, albumin, globin and triglyceride and the activities of aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase among all the groups (P >0. 05). The serum glucose content in groups M and IV was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0. 05) , but the serum cholesterol content in groups 1 and IV was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In conclusion, the substitution of soybean oil with linseed in the diet of Carassius auratus gibelio is suggested less than 2.40% from the production perspective. [ Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition, 2012, 24 (ll):2272-2278]%本试验旨在研究饲料中亚麻籽替代部分大豆油对异育银鲫鱼苗生长性能、肌肉组成及血清生化指标的影响.选择平均体重(14.32±0.02)g的异育银鲫336尾,随机分为4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复放鱼28尾.Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲料;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂用2.40%、4.80%和7.20%亚麻籽替代基础饲料中16.67%、33.33%和50.00%大豆油的试验饲料.试验期63 d.结果表明:1)饲料中亚麻籽替代部分大豆油对异育银鲫生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05).2)各组鱼体肌肉水分、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量无显著差异(P>0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组鱼体肌肉粗蛋白质含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05).3)各组血清谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶活性及甘油三酯、皮质醇、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量无显著差异(P>0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清葡萄糖含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清胆固醇含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05).因此,从生产上来看,亚麻籽替代大豆油在异育银鲫鱼苗饲料中的用量以不超过2.40%为宜.
