饲粮添加不同复合酶制剂对育成期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响

         

摘要

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary different compound enzyme prepara-tion on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and nitrogen metabolism of growing minks. Ninety male minks at the age of (60±3) days were randomly allocated to 9 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 mink per replicate. Minks in the control group ( group A) were fed a basal diet; minks in groups B, C and D were fed basal diets supplemented with 390, 890 and 1 390 mg/kg compound enzyme preparations Ⅰ, respective-ly; minks in groups E, F and G were fed basal diets supplemented with 330, 830 and 1 330 mg/kg compound enzyme preparations Ⅱ, respectively;minks in groups H and I were fed basal diets supplemented with 190 and 990 mg/kg compound enzyme preparationsⅢ, respectively. The pre-test period lasted for 13 days and the trial period lasted for 45 days. The results showed as follows:1) the final weight and average daily gain in group C were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05) . There was no significant difference in aver-age daily feed intake and ratio of feed to gain among all groups ( P>0.05) . 2) The digestibility of dry matter and protein in groups B, C, E and F was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.01) . There was no significant difference in fat digestibility among all groups (P>0.05). 3) Compared with the control group, there were no significant difference in nitrogen intake and urine nitrogen in experimental groups. The ni-trogen deposition in group B was significantly higher than that in the control group, groups D and H ( P<0.05) . The net protein utilization and biological value of protein in group B and C were significantly higher than those in the control group and group D ( P<0.05) , and there was no significant difference in the experi-mental group compared with the control group (P>0.05). It is concluded that dietary 890 mg/kg compound enzyme preparation Ⅰ (25.7% amylase, 25.6% acid protease, 20.5% arabinoxylans, 12.8% pectase, 2.6%mannanase and 12.8% phytase) has the best feeding effect in growing minks under this experiment conditions.%本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同复合酶制剂对育成期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响。选用(60±3)日龄雄性水貂90只,随机分为9组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只水貂。对照组( A 组)饲喂基础饲粮, B 组、C 组和 D 组分别在基础饲粮中添加390、890、1390 mg/kg的复合酶制剂Ⅰ,E组、F组和G组分别在基础饲粮中添加330、830、1330 mg/kg的复合酶制剂Ⅱ,H组和I组分别在基础饲粮中添加190、990 mg/kg的复合酶制剂Ⅲ。预试期13 d,正试期45 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比, C 组的末体重和平均日增重显著提高( P<0.05);各组的平均日采食量和料重比差异不显著( P>0.05)。2) B组、C组、E组和F组的干物质消化率和蛋白质消化率极显著高于对照组( P<0.01);各组的脂肪消化率没有显著差异( P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,试验组的食入氮和尿氮含量无显著差异( P>0.05);B组水貂的氮沉积含量显著高于对照组、D组和H组( P<0.05);B组和C组的净蛋白质利用率和蛋白质生物学价值显著高于对照组和D组( P<0.05),其他试验组与对照组无显著差异( P>0.05)。由此可见,在饲粮中添加适宜配伍和水平的复合酶制剂对育成期水貂营养物质消化率和生长性能具有较好的改善作用。本试验条件下,以添加890 mg/kg复合酶制剂Ⅰ(25.7%淀粉酶+25.6%酸性蛋白酶+20.5%阿拉伯木聚糖酶+12.8%果胶酶+2.6%甘露聚糖酶+12.8%植酸酶)的饲养效果最佳。
