雌激素对孕妇外周血内皮祖细胞数量的影响

摘要

目的:研究妇女怀孕前、后外周血中内皮祖细胞数量的变化,初步探讨雌激素对内皮祖细胞的影响.方法:用微粒发光免疫分析测定法检测不同孕周孕妇血清中雌激素水平的变化;流式细胞仪检测未怀孕妇女及不同孕周孕妇外周血中内皮祖细胞的数量;通过跨膜迁移实验观察雌激素对循环内皮祖细胞的动员作用.结果:随着孕周的增加,雌激素水平增加;妇女怀孕后循环中内皮祖细胞数量增加,孕早期数量增加最明显;与对照组相比,雌激素组跨膜迁移细胞的百分率增大,且随着雌激素浓度的增大,差别有统计学意义.结论:妇女怀孕后循环中内皮祖细胞的数量增加明显,这种改变与体内雌激素水平有关.%Objective: To analyze the number change of endothelial progenitor cells (EPts) in peripheral blood of normal women and pregnant women. To discuss the effect of estrogen on peripheral blood EPCs. Methods: Particle-based chemilumineacence immunoassay was used to detect the changes of serum estrogen levels in the pregnancy of different gestation weeks. The number of EPCs in peripheral blood of different experimental groups was analyzed by using flow cytometer. The mobilization effect of estrogen on EPCs was observed by transmembrane migration assay. Results: The estrogen levels increased with the gestational age. The number of EPCs increased after pregnancy. It increased obviously at the stage of early pregnancy. Compared with the control group, the percentage of transmembrane migrated cells significantly increased with the concentration of estrogen in the experimental group. Conclusion: The number of EPCs increases in peripheral blood of pregnant women and the change is related with the estrogen levels.
