早期隐裂牙的临床治疗分析

摘要

目的:比较3种不同方法治疗早期隐裂牙的疗效差异.方法:32颗早期磨牙隐裂牙分为3组,11颗采用复合树脂填充,10颗保存活髓后全冠修复,11颗进行一次性根管治疗后全冠修复,进行2年临床观察.结果:复合树脂填充组2年成功率为45.5%;保存活髓修复组2年成功率70%,根管后全冠修复组2年成功率100%.结论:隐裂牙早期发现及时进行全冠修复,治疗效果较好;早期隐裂牙根管治疗后全冠修复远期疗效最可靠.%Objective To explore the long efficacy of three methods for treatment of the early of cracked teeth. Methods 32 cracked teeth were divided into three groups to two years follow-up.11 teeth were treated with comprehensive treatment;10 teeth were crown by keeping pulp;others were crown by one-appointment root-canal therapy. Results The efficacy was 45.5%in comprehensive treatment group,70%in groups of crown by keeping pulp and 100%in groups of crown by one-appointment root-canal therapy in two years follow-up. Conclusion It is an effective and reliable method of crown by one-appointment root-canal therapy for the early of cracked teeth.
