强脉冲光联合595nm脉冲染料激光治疗色素沉着疗效观察

         

摘要

目的:探讨强脉冲光联合595nm脉冲染料激光治疗色素沉着的临床疗效,分析其在临床应用中的优越性。方法:选取来笔者科室治疗的患有皮肤色素沉着但不伴有其他皮肤疾病的患者共156例,采用系统抽样法将患者随机分为三组,每组52例。第一组:采用595nm脉冲染料激光治疗,波长595 nm,光斑直径为7mm;第二组:采用强脉冲光联合595nm脉冲染料激光治疗,强脉冲光波长460~1200nm;第三组:对照组,外用2%氢醌乳膏和0.1%的维甲酸霜。结果:除对照组失访5例外,所有对象均完成治疗及随访。三组的总有效率分别为59.62%、75.00%及34.04%。统计分析结果显示三组的治疗效果不全相同,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.034)。两两比较结果显示,第二组的疗效优于第一组,第一组的疗效优于第三组,第二组的疗效优于第三组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:强脉冲光联合595nm脉冲染料激光治疗皮肤色素沉着具有良好疗效,治疗时间短、不良反应较少、无痛苦,不影响患者的正常工作和生活,适合临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the strong pulse light combined with 595nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of hyperpigmentation clinical application,analyzes its advantages in clinical application. Methods To choose 156 case with skin pigmentation but without other skin diseases,and they were randomly divided into three groups,each group of 52 people.The first group was treated with 595nm pulsed dye laser therapy,wavelength 595 nm,spot diameter is set to 7 mm.The second group was treated by intense pulsed light combined with 595nm pulsed dye laser therapy,selection of 460-1 200nm wavelength.The third group was control group, retinoic acid cream in the topical 2%Hydroquinone Cream and 0.1%. Results Except for control group lost 5 people,all participants completed treatment and follow-up,and three group.The efficiency of the three groups totalrespectively 59.62%, 75% and 34.04%. Statistical analysis showed the three groups the treatment effects are not all the same, with significant difference(P=0.034).Two two the comparison shows,second groups of curative effect is better than the first group, curative effect is better than that ofthird groups,the first group, curative effect is better than that of third group second group,withstatistical difference. Conclusion Intense pulsed light with 595 nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of skin pigmentation has good curative effect, short treatment time and less adverse reaction,painless does not affect the life and work, suitable for clinical application.
