目的:探讨面动脉穿支鼻唇沟皮瓣修复中面部肿瘤切除术后创面恢复效果及相关护理措施.方法:对2012年3月-2015年3月于本院实施动脉穿支鼻唇沟皮瓣修复中面部肿瘤切除术的50例患者进行回顾性分析,观察创面修复效果及其临床护理措施.结果:50例术后恢复效果良好42例、普通8例,创面一期愈合率为88%、并发症发生率为16%、护理满意度为100%、美容满意度为96%.结论:面动脉穿支鼻唇沟皮瓣修复中面部肿瘤切除术及配合个性化的护理措施在中面部肿瘤患者的修复治疗中取得了良好的效果,能够促进患者早期康复,美容满意度及护理满意度较高,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the effect of wound after resection of the facial artery perforator facial nasolabial flap in the repair of middle facial tumor and related nursing measures. Methods 50 cases wound after resection of the facial artery perforator facial nasolabial flap in the repair of middle facial tumor from October 2012 to October 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,observed the healing effect and clinical nursing measures. Results 50 cases of patients with good recovery after operation was 42 cases,8 cases of general,the first phase of wound healing rate was 88%,the incidence of complications was 16%,the nursing satisfaction rate was 100%,beauty satisfaction was 96%. Conclusion Facial artery perforator facial nasolabial flap in the repair of middle facial tumor resection surgery and nursing measures with personalized treatment of patients in the repair of middle facial tumor have achieved good results,can promote early rehabilitation of patients,cosmetic satisfaction and high satisfaction of nursing,worthy of promotion.
