乳腺癌中医辨证分型与MRI征象及动态增强扫描特点的相关性分析

摘要

Objective:To study the correlation between syndrome differentiations and MRI and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DEC-MRI)signs of breast cancer. Methods:60 patients of breast cancer were treated as research subjects,TCM syndrome dif-ferentiation and DCE-MRI were performed,and the morphological and DCE-MRI characteristics of all types were analyzed. Re-sults:The TCM syndrome type of breast cancer was divided into three types,including a total of 37 cases of liver qi depression and phlegm,15 cases Chong and Ren disorders card,8 cases positive imaginary poison Chi card. Correlation analysis between syndrome differentiations and MRI morphology and hemodynamics showed that the irregular shape,spicule sign in morphology and the DCE-MRI TIC type had significant differences in different types of TCM syndrome(all P<0.05). Conclusions:Breast cancer syndrome differentiations has a certain correlation between morphological and hemodynamic MRI. Parameters can provide a favorable basis for TCM syndrome.%目的:探讨乳腺癌中医辨证分型与MRI征象及动态增强扫描(DCE-MRI)特点之间的关系.方法:选取60例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,进行中医辨证分型,并行DCE-MRI,对各型的形态及DCE-MRI图像特点进行对照分析.结果:乳腺癌辨证分型为3型:肝郁痰凝型37例,冲任失调型15例,正虚毒炽型8例.各证型的MRI形态学及血流动力学相关性分析表明:各证型在不规则形、毛刺征方面差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);DCE-MRI曲线类型差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:乳腺癌中医辨证分型与MRI形态学及血流动力学存在一定关系,血流动力学指标能为中医辨证分型提供依据.
