采用分析法和问卷调查法对医院部分科室绩效考核方法及结果分别进行综合分析,发现各临床科室考核各有特点,对增强工作人员积极性、提高医院绩效水平、推动卫生系统科学化管理具有重要意义。同时对绩效考核的改革进行了评价,并对其前景进行了展望。% The performance assessment methods and results in some clinical departments were analyzed by analysis and questionnaire method. It showed there were different characters in different department which played important roles on motivating staff's enthusiasm, improving hospital performance and promoting healthcare system scientific management. The paper also assessed performance reform and forecasting its prospect.
