青年医师沙龙平台建设初探

摘要

The experiences and effectiveness of young doctor salon platform building in Akqi County People's Hospital was introduced. The methods and experiences on strengthening and innovating doctor's salon platform building was presented. The salon has been promoted hospital operation and made good effect on young staff's cooperation. It also makes good environment for learning, which extends member's knowledge, improves hospital development and has got good effectiveness.%　　介绍阿合奇县人民医院青年医师沙龙平台建设的经验和成效，提出加强和创新医师沙龙平台建设的方法与体会。沙龙促进了医院各项工作的顺利开展；搞好了青年职工的团结协作；营造了良好的学习氛围，拓展了沙龙成员知识面，促进了医院发展，成效显著。
