医院检验科室质量管理问题与对策

摘要

随着医院现代化建设工作的开展，检验科得到了迅速地发展。医学检验为临床工作的开展提供着重要的依据，对医院医疗服务水平的提高起到了重大影响。然而，检验科室存在的管理体系不健全、人才短缺以及缺乏和临床的沟通的问题，严重阻碍着医学检验服务质量的进步，不利于科室长远发展。因此，全面加强医学检验的质量管理，具有促进科室发展，提高医疗服务质量的现实作用。%With the construction of modernizing hospital, laboratory departments have been developing quickly. Laboratory medicine provides an important basis for clinical work, which has a significant impact to increased levels of medical services in hospitals. As there are inadequate management systems, talent shortages and a lack of communication with clinical work in laboratory department seriously hampers medical and service quality for progress and isn’t conducive to the department further development. Therefore, strengthening quality management of laboratory medicine is advantageous to promote the development of the department and raise the level of medical services.
