分析了现阶段院内临床护理学科建设中存在的问题：学科建设缺乏可比性、规划性，人才培养缺乏合理性，护理科研水平存在落后性，专科护理实践缺乏特色性。通过建立一套适合医院临床护理学科发展的学科评估指标体系并对各临床护理学科实施评估，从而发现各临床护理学科的优势、现状及未来发展的瓶颈问题，为制定护理学科发展规划提供依据。%Problems on clinical nursing discipline building which can be described as lack of comparability and planning in discipline construction, irrational of human resources training, laggard nursing research and lack of characteristics professional nursing practice are discussed. By developing an discipline evaluation index system suiting of hospital clinical nursing discipline development and implementing evaluation, the status, advance and bottleneck for further development on clinical nursing development have been analyzed. It has also given references on designing nursing discipline development planning.
