军队医院在新医改中的战略举措探索--以南京八一医院为例

     

摘要

在取消药品加成、医院收入明显下降的大趋势下,城市中的军队医院与地方医院一样面临经济管理的挑战和难题。文章从战略角度介绍了南京八一医院为迎接医改进行的转变经营模式的探索和实践:提出“差异竞争、错位发展”理念,从“大专科、小综合”改变为“强专科、精综合”。实行重点突出、辅以配套措施的战略发展思路和管理运行模式,以期更好地实现战略发展目标、保持可持续发展。%Under the environment of drug zero mark up sale and hospital revenue significant decrease, military hospital in urban also faced the challenges and difficulties of economic management. The practice and experience on changing operation mode which can summarized as diversity competition and strong special department and skilled general department in Nanjing Bayi Hospital in view of strategy management is introduced. The narrow focusing and adjunction with support measures operation management mode and strategy is implemented to better achieve strategy development goal and maintaining sustainable development.
