The practice and experience on changing operation mode which can summarized as diversity competition and strong special department and skilled general department in Nanjing Bayi Hospital in view of strategy management is introduced. The narrow focusing and adjunction with support measures operation management mode and strategy is implemented to better achieve strategy development goal and maintaining sustainable development.
