建立重点患者监控机制防范医疗纠纷

摘要

Objectives:To explore measure on enhancing the medical quality control of key clients aiming at assurance of medical quality and clients security, prevention of medical dispute as well. Method:Through building up integrated organizing structure and formulating systematic project, key clients supervising system was established. Results:Through three-years practice, it showed that the rate of unplanned reoperation and the incidence of medical dispute are decreasing. Conclusions: Establishing key clients supervising system play an important role on assurance of medical quality and clients security, medical dispute prevention as well.%　　目的：为保证医疗质量和患者安全，有效防范医疗纠纷，探讨加强重点患者医疗质量控制的措施。方法：通过形成重点患者监控完整的组织结构，制定系统的风险应对方案，建立了重点患者监控机制。结果：通过3年的临床实践，二次手术发生率和医疗纠纷发生率质量指标呈现下降趋势。结论：重点患者监控机制的建立，在提高医疗质量、保障患者安全和防范医疗纠纷方面发挥了积极的作用。
