对我国部分二级医院风险防控核心制度的研究

摘要

Objectives:To analysis on the hospital core policies which based on risk prevention and controls.Methods:Hospitals with Class Ⅱ Grade A and above were selected as the subjects,the study were investigated and analysed through questionnaires,which was according to hospital risk management to analyse the hospital core polices which based on risk prevention and controls.Result:through questionnaire investigation,and checked by identification index,there were 66 core policies screened out.According to the distribution of the mean value and level,there were 24 core policies identified with risks.Conclusion:To effectively manage the core policies will help to improve the hospital management quality,so that to ensure patience a safer and appropriate medical services.%目的:分析探讨基于管理风险防控的医院核心制度.方法:将部分二级甲等及其以上的医院作为此次调查对象,以问卷调查的方式进行征询,依据医院管理风险来分析基于管理风险防控的医院核心制度.结果:通过问卷调查,经认同度指标检验,筛选出66项核心制度,依照核心制度的重要度均值分布情况与等级划定,发现有24项核心制度存在着风险.结论:有效地加强医院各项核心制度的管理,可提高医院的管理质量,从而使患者享受到更为安全、合理的医疗服务.
