综合医院孕产妇急诊流程与风险管理探讨

摘要

随着二孩政策的全面实施,综合医院接诊孕产妇数量明显增加,高龄急危重孕产妇比例呈明显上升趋势,且孕产妇合并其他疾病患者增加.综合医院急诊是接诊高危孕产妇的重要关口,也面临极大压力.首都医科大学宣武医院通过对近期急诊孕产妇患者的接诊情况进行分析,并从中发现问题,不断改进急诊分诊环节流程,规范落实急诊多科会诊制度,发挥急诊科医生的优势,加强风险管理,加强急诊孕产妇质控与绩效管理,进一步充分发挥综合医院综合实力及学科优势,从而努力降低疑难危重孕产妇死亡率和致残率.%With the implementation of the comprehensive two child policy,maternal care in general hospital has increased rapidly.Furthermore,the proportion of critical maternal care with complications is obviously rising.The emergency care is the important parts of providing critical maternal care.Based on the analysis of maternal emergency care,triage process in emergency care is continuously optimized to strengthen risk management,quality control and performance management.By full use the advantages of disciplines and the optimized triage process,the maternal mortality rate and disabled rate is considered to be decreased.
