Objectives:To understand and analysis the status quo of the culture construction and the cognitive differences in culture construction of hospital departments among the medical staff with different characteristics,and give some advice on culture construction.Methods:Questionnaire was used in this survey conducted among 1168 medical staff of 43clinical and medico-technical departments in a top tertiary hospital in Beijing.Results:There are gaps among department in carrying out the culture construction.It shows that the constructions of regulation culture and behavior culture are comparatively completed,the form for the construction of material culture is relatively monotonous and the construction of spiritual culture is the weak link.Culture and education activities are colorful.Department culture is widely informed by medical staff and the degree of recognition has showed a downtrend with the growth of the age of departments.Welleducated staff have a stronger demand for the culture construction of hospital departments.Conclusions:It is necessary to fully understand the importance of culture construction of hospital departments and exert features for seeking common ground while reserving.It is considered to pay attention to the leading role of Party organizations,define the responsibilities and reinforce the humanized management and pluralistic education.%目的:了解医院科室文化建设现状及不同特征医务人员对科室文化建设认知的差异,提出推动科室文化建设的建议.方法:采用问卷调查方式对北京市某三甲医院43个临床医技科室1168名医务人员进行调查.结果:科室文化建设开展不均衡;制度文化和行为文化建设较完备;物质文化建设形式相对单一;精神文化建设是薄弱环节;文化教育活动丰富;员工普遍认同科室文化,认同度随科龄增长呈现下降趋势;高学历员工对科室文化建设的需求更强烈.结论:医院需要充分认识科室文化建设的重要性,并发挥“求同存异”作用,注重党组织的引领作用,明确主要责任人,加强人性化管理和多元化教育.
