公立医院劳务派遣员工心理契约违背及其防范策略研究

         

摘要

目的:通过分析公立医院劳务派遣员工心理契约违背情况,为探索减少公立医院人才流失、稳定医务人员队伍提供依据.方法:采用方便抽样法对182名派遣制医务人员进行心理契约违背问卷调查.结果:(1)派遣制医务人员心理契约违背总体得分较高;(2)从各维度看,心理契约违背得分从高到低排序依次为:自我实现需求、生理需求、社交需求、安全需求、尊重需求.结论:派遣制医务人员心理契约不同于一般员工,公立医院应完善派遣制医务人员激励机制,提升其归属感.%Objectives:To reduce staff turnover in public hospital by analyzing psychological contract violation of dispatched medical workers.Methods:182 dispatched medical staffs chose by the convenience sampling method were measured by the questionnaires of psychological contract violation.Results:The total score of psychological contract violation was high.The score of five dimensionalities of psychological contract violation were self-actualization,physiological,belonging,safety and esteem.Conclusion:It was urgent to improve incentive mechanism and the sense of belonging for dispatched medical staffs in public hospital.
