Contract management as key part of construction company management, has great influence to the stability and sustainable development of the construction company. The article analyzes the common problems of the contract management in hospital construction projects and gives countermeasures, in order to improve the construction contract management quality.%合同管理作为建筑施工企业管理中的关键部分，对施工企业的稳定、可持续发展有重要影响。文章主要分析了建筑企业在医院建筑施工项目中常见的合同管理问题，并提出了相应的措施，以促进施工合同管理水平的提高。
