大型综合性医院物资的精细化管理

摘要

剖析了医院物资管理存在的问题，从组织架构和管理体系的构建、预算与成本考核机制的构建和物资管理的信息化支撑三大方面提出医院物资精细化管理的思路。%This article analyzed the problems of hospital materials management and three main ideas were proposed on refinement of hospital material management from the establishment of the organizational structure and management system,budgeting and cost assessment mechanism and material management information technology support.
