行动学习法在医院管理人才培养中的应用

摘要

On the basis of the solution to the problems of ambiguous responsibility of administrative posts in the hospital,this paper adopts action learning to combine professional management theory with hospital management practice. The establishment of management supervision group and action learning group sheds lights on the means of the cultivation of management talents in hospital.%以解决医院行政管理岗位职责不清问题为依托，采用行动学习法、将专业管理理论与医院管理实践相结合，通过组建医院管理督导组和行动学习组探索医院管理人才培养之道。
