浅析现代医院后勤社会化发展趋势

摘要

This article discussed the experiences in the hospital logistics socialization in both domestic and abroad. It introduced the logistics services in a large general hospital and pointed out the importance of talents development in hospital logistics. It also pointed out that logistics services outsourcing complied with the current trends and it was recommended to establish the hospital logistics service center and enhance its review and management.%讨论了国内外在医院后勤社会化方面取得的经验，介绍了某大型三家综合医院后勤服务现状，并指出人才对医院后勤系统发展的重要性，提出后勤服务外包化更加符合当前发展趋势等观点，建议成立医院后勤服务中心并加强审查和管理。
